My husband and I first came to Phuket in 2011 for 28 days and stayed at a hotel on Nai Yang Beach. Back then, the beach was a hidden gem, and we fell in love with its tranquility, warm waters, and an incredible sense of freedom.
Little did we know then that, years later, our first seaside apartment would stand on the vacant lot right behind that very hotel.
In 2014, our second child was born, and the dream of spending our winters somewhere warm as a family grew stronger. In 2015, we returned to Phuket with a clear request for real estate agents: "we're looking for a place on the sea with calm waters." To our surprise, they brought us to our beloved Nai Yang! The decision was made instantly.
- 2019 — We received the keys to our first family apartment at The Title Residencies Nai Yang.
- 2023 — We added a second one in the prestigious Laguna Phuket complex.
Today, we do more than just live here. Having gone through the entire journey from purchase to management, we now help other families find their perfect vacation
