Everything is spot on and fully matches the listing. The room and the Condo itself are in great (fresh!) condition! The hosts Valentina and Pavel are responsible, friendly and responsive people!!! Thank you for a peaceful, pleasant vacation!!! Definitely recommend!!!!

Great place for a family with two kids in Phuket. Good value for money. Very close to the airport, just a 10-minute drive. The complex has a free hammam, gym, and plenty of pools. Cozy atmosphere. The apartment itself is cozy too, not brand new but in good condition. Clean. Nai Yang Beach is within walking distance. Along the way there are lots of cafes, massage places, fruit shops, and if you need to grab some clothes quickly, that's not a problem either. There's a pharmacy nearby too. We really loved a local glass-front cafe for its menu, the warm and friendly staff, and the whole vibe of the place. The sea is absolutely gorgeous. Very comfortable for swimming with kids. No crowds at all. People keep a nice distance from each other on the beach. Plenty of cafes right on the beach as well. You can take long walks along the shore towards the neighboring beach past Sirinath. And for some fun and a change of pace, Splash waterpark is not far away. Huge thanks to Valentina for our wonderful vacation. We followed many of her tips and recommendations for exploring the island. We'll definitely be back. Maybe to this same apartment, maybe to other properties managed by Valentina.
The Title Residence complex is super convenient and awesome! Six pools on the grounds, that's just amazing 😍 Each pool has its own shower and toilet! Everything is really well thought out! One of them is a rooftop pool with a view. We found a vending machine in the lobby with food and drinks, and were pleasantly surprised to see Russian products there! 😊 It really is just 5-7 minutes to the beach, we walked past cafes and shops along the way. The beach is great, you can always find some shade and a quiet spot even though we were there in peak season. The apartment is excellent too, has everything you need and more. Full-size fridge, AC in every room, nice furniture. From the balcony we watched squirrels and Thai birds, and the sunsets in the evening ❤️❤️❤️ So beautiful!!! Thank you so much for the hospitality, the coziness, the care and warmth, for answering all our questions and staying in touch with us 🙏🏻🤗 When you're in a foreign country, that really matters! Everything went great. Writing this review after a two-week vacation in Phuket, staying in an apartment provided by Valentina. I have to say, all our expectations were met. Everything Valentina told us and promised turned out to be exactly true. The apartment is clean, nicely renovated, the beach is lovely, the complex itself, the area, the distance to the beach, tons of cafes and restaurants nearby. It's all exactly as described 😁, no exaggeration at all. I'll be recommending Valentina to all my friends and family for rental help. And we ourselves will definitely reach out to her again, hopefully more than once. Had an amazing vacation. Thank you so much!
Happy to share our experience staying in this lovely apartment from Valentina. The apartment is very clean and cozy, we stayed as a family and it was comfortable. The spacious kitchen with modern appliances made it easy to cook our favorite meals. The living room is very cozy with lots of light thanks to large windows. The furniture is comfortable and stylish, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxation. The bedroom was also a pleasant surprise — quiet and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The apartment's location is simply excellent: shops, cafes and the beach are all within walking distance. Transport accessibility is also great, making it easy to get anywhere. The apartment owners are very responsive and always ready to help. We definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay in a quiet area of Phuket!
