Apartment with Mountain View

Everything is spot on and fully matches the listing. The room and the Condo itself are in great (fresh!) condition! The hosts Valentina and Pavel are responsible, friendly and responsive people!!! Thank you for a peaceful, pleasant vacation!!! Definitely recommend!!!!

Happy to share our experience staying in this lovely apartment from Valentina. The apartment is very clean and cozy, we stayed as a family and it was comfortable. The spacious kitchen with modern appliances made it easy to cook our favorite meals. The living room is very cozy with lots of light thanks to large windows. The furniture is comfortable and stylish, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxation. The bedroom was also a pleasant surprise — quiet and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The apartment's location is simply excellent: shops, cafes and the beach are all within walking distance. Transport accessibility is also great, making it easy to get anywhere. The apartment owners are very responsive and always ready to help. We definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay in a quiet area of Phuket!

Huge thanks to Valentina!!! Loved everything! We vacationed from December 1 to 14, 2025. It was our first time at her place in Title. Everything was simply excellent. The room is clean, comfortable, has everything you need. The complex has 6 pools (one on the roof), 2 hammams, a gym, and you can visit the neighboring complex for free — Valentina will tell you all about it). The pool water is clean, no trash, and the beach is the same. Great location, the beach is a 7-10 minute leisurely walk along a path. The beach is similar to Military Beach in Pattaya, but you don't need to go anywhere. If you want, there are many great excursions — check them out near the beach. There's boat rental etc. The beach has plenty of sun loungers and cafes. The entry is gentle, you can walk further along the shore where it's deeper. The downside of the beach — further from the water toward the trees there's some trash (that's further out where the cafes end, near the cafes everything is clean), but the beach itself is clean. The "airplane landing" beach is a 30-40 minute walk, we got amazing photos. No need to go by car, WALK IN THE MORNING (much of the way is shaded), a tuk-tuk takes the same 30 minutes on a long detour for 400 baht one way. Better to go in the morning to avoid the heat on the way back). A sun lounger costs 150-200 baht for the whole day, there are many cafes on the beach. There's a 7/11 and other shops. Near the hotel there's a shop with alcohol without time restrictions!) and 2 good exchange offices (good rates, no need to look further), you can transfer from a Russian card. There are of course far fewer cafes and shops than in Pattaya, but everything is available, you can relax). We checked in at Valentina's in the evening around 10 PM, were met personally and shown everything. A pleasant surprise from Valentina was a stocked fridge))) butter and cooking oil, salt, a pack of eggs and toast bread, drinking water, mango and 2 cans of beer))), all free, even though nothing was promised. Laundry detergent, brushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, toilet paper — of course everything was there. Good bed linen. We checked out around 7 PM without any extra charges. The airport is only a 10-minute drive, which is very convenient

While planning our vacation we were lucky to meet Valentina, who listened to our not-so-simple wishes and found us an option that fully suited us. Check-in went smoothly without any problems. Valentina was always in touch and met us at the entrance. We appreciated the vacation recommendations which we happily followed. Valentina, besides her professional approach to work, is also an interesting and sociable person. Highly recommend when planning a vacation in Phuket!

Really enjoyed my stay. Brilliant location, not far from everything you need, Valentina was always responsive and supportive when the very few issue came up. I came in late and provided all the help with a smooth transition from the airport upon my late arrival, maps, tips for internet access on local network. The condo is perfect for long or short stays. WiFi was exceptional and faultless throughout my two week stay and I work remotely, so it got a good test. Everything I needed was there for a comfy stay. Kitchen had all and more of what I needed. Facilities within the complex was great more 5 pools is all you need and a short 5-10 minutes walk to the beaches. Minimart, cafes and massage places right out front. I would highly recommended for a single, couple or small family, the cost and value are brilliant and Valentina went above and beyond for a very comfortable stay.
