Everything went great. Writing this review after a two-week vacation in Phuket, staying in an apartment provided by Valentina. I have to say, all our expectations were met. Everything Valentina told us and promised turned out to be exactly true. The apartment is clean, nicely renovated, the beach is lovely, the complex itself, the area, the distance to the beach, tons of cafes and restaurants nearby. It's all exactly as described 😁, no exaggeration at all. I'll be recommending Valentina to all my friends and family for rental help. And we ourselves will definitely reach out to her again, hopefully more than once. Had an amazing vacation. Thank you so much!
The Title Residence complex is super convenient and awesome! Six pools on the grounds, that's just amazing 😍 Each pool has its own shower and toilet! Everything is really well thought out! One of them is a rooftop pool with a view.
We found a vending machine in the lobby with food and drinks, and were pleasantly surprised to see Russian products there! 😊
It really is just 5-7 minutes to the beach, we walked past cafes and shops along the way. The beach is great, you can always find some shade and a quiet spot even though we were there in peak season.
The apartment is excellent too, has everything you need and more. Full-size fridge, AC in every room, nice furniture. From the balcony we watched squirrels and Thai birds, and the sunsets in the evening ❤️❤️❤️ So beautiful!!!

The apartment is great! Convenient layout, everything is clean, comfortable, everything you need for living is here. We didn't buy any household items! Everything is thought out for comfort! It's very convenient that there are two separate rooms, not divided by a partition like in many other apartments.
Valentina and Pavel were always in touch, helped with all questions, and there were quite a few. They supported us throughout the entire vacation, gave great advice about activities with map locations, routes, where to buy things, where to go, etc. Very responsive and kind people!!! God bless you!!
The location itself is ideal for vacationing with children. It's not a party place. It's quiet, but everything you need for living is here. A leisurely 10-minute walk to the beach. The beach itself has lots of greenery and shady spots.
There's even a children's playground that costs next to nothing but makes the kids so happy (not on the beach). Many cafes with adapted Russian menus. And a store with Russian products.
It's extremely convenient that the airport is a maximum 10-minute drive. With children this is a lifesaver after a long flight.

Great place for a family with two kids in Phuket. Good value for money. Very close to the airport, just a 10-minute drive.
The complex has a free hammam, gym, and plenty of pools. Cozy atmosphere. The apartment itself is cozy too, not brand new but in good condition. Clean.
Nai Yang Beach is within walking distance. Along the way there are lots of cafes, massage places, fruit shops, and if you need to grab some clothes quickly, that's not a problem either. There's a pharmacy nearby too.
We really loved a local glass-front cafe for its menu, the warm and friendly staff, and the whole vibe of the place.
The sea is absolutely gorgeous. Very comfortable for swimming with kids. No crowds at all. People keep a nice distance from each other on the beach. Plenty of cafes right on the beach as well.
You can take long walks along the shore towards the neighboring beach past Sirinath. And for some fun and a change of pace, Splash waterpark is not far away.

Loved everything! We vacationed from December 1 to 14, 2025. It was our first time at her place in Title. Everything was simply excellent. The room is clean, comfortable, has everything you need. The complex has 6 pools (one on the roof), 2 hammams, a gym, and you can visit the neighboring complex for free — Valentina will tell you all about it). The pool water is clean, no trash, and the beach is the same. Great location, the beach is a 7-10 minute leisurely walk along a path. The beach is similar to Military Beach in Pattaya, but you don't need to go anywhere. If you want, there are many great excursions — check them out near the beach. There's boat rental etc. The beach has plenty of sun loungers and cafes. The entry is gentle, you can walk further along the shore where it's deeper. The downside of the beach — further from the water toward the trees there's some trash (that's further out where the cafes end, near the cafes everything is clean), but the beach itself is clean. The "airplane landing" beach is a 30-40 minute walk, we got amazing photos. No need to go by car, WALK IN THE MORNING (much of the way is shaded), a tuk-tuk takes the same 30 minutes on a long detour for 400 baht one way. Better to go in the morning to avoid the heat on the way back). A sun lounger costs 150-200 baht for the whole day, there are many cafes on the beach. There's a 7/11 and other shops. Near the hotel there's a shop with alcohol without time restrictions!) and 2 good exchange offices (good rates, no need to look further), you can transfer from a Russian card. There are of course far fewer cafes and shops than in Pattaya, but everything is available, you can relax). We checked in at Valentina's in the evening around 10 PM, were met personally and shown everything. A pleasant surprise from Valentina was a stocked fridge))) butter and cooking oil, salt, a pack of eggs and toast bread, drinking water, mango and 2 cans of beer))), all free, even though nothing was promised. Laundry detergent, brushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, toilet paper — of course everything was there. Good bed linen. We checked out around 7 PM without any extra charges. The airport is only a 10-minute drive, which is very convenient
Had a wonderful vacation at this new place. The apartment has two separate rooms with individual air conditioners — close the door and no one bothers each other. The apartment has everything you need, and if something is missing Valentina arranges it quickly! The apartment is not on the sunny side which is actually great, otherwise it would be scorching through the windows all day. The view of the pool and greenery is wonderfully relaxing, the water murmurs and the greenery is a sight for sore eyes. The hammams and pools in the complex are a lifesaver on rainy days and beyond. The area is quiet and peaceful. The sea water on a sunny day is like the Maldives. Hopefully we'll come back again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
Happy to share our experience staying in this lovely apartment from Valentina. The apartment is very clean and cozy, we stayed as a family and it was comfortable. The spacious kitchen with modern appliances made it easy to cook our favorite meals.
The living room is very cozy with lots of light thanks to large windows. The furniture is comfortable and stylish, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxation. The bedroom was also a pleasant surprise — quiet and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The apartment's location is simply excellent: shops, cafes and the beach are all within walking distance. Transport accessibility is also great, making it easy to get anywhere.
The apartment owners are very responsive and always ready to help. We definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay in a quiet area of Phuket!
